How and when do I get paid as a seller?

Once an order is processed, we initiate a transfer for the amount owed to the seller into their Stripe Connect account. Sellers can conveniently access this Connect account through their Brewing Trade seller account, where they can view a comprehensive summary of all pending payments and payouts.

At any time, sellers can easily track the amount owed to them directly from the sale detail page. Payouts are automatically initiated 5 days after the expected delivery date.

When a payout is initiated, we send a request to transfer the funds from the seller's Stripe Connect account to their bank account.

Please note that sellers do not have the ability to manually initiate payouts themselves, as we maintain full control over the process to ensure security and reliability.
